Vehicle is failing NOx emissions. Nox levels at 15 and 25 mph are over 3000ppm. O2 levels are at 0, HC and CO are also at 0 when car is warm. Car has a new catalyst. O2 sensor signal while running test is awesome .2v to .8v and cycling about 3 times a sec....
