1991 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE 3.3L Surge
O2 sensor voltage on scanner intermitantly goes to fixed voltage between 3.71 and7.2 5 usually around 4.65. will do this with sensor unpluged. verified readings at pcm with fluke 88.
