1987 Dodge Dakota 3.9L Surge
This truck has a light surge-chuggle above 35 M.P.H., while in high gear, when accelerating very lightly. The computer does not have live data, and the code was a 22 for mixture control problem. Plugs, wires, Etc are good. Unplugging the E.G.R. didn't help...

Video
