1995 Chrysler Sebring LX 2.0L Stall, Misfire
Misfire is back more severe and under less load. Also will sometimes misfire on decel and stall. Snap-on scanner will not comunicate using Mitsubishi Y connector and OBD2 hookup. Does give a 12 & 55 by cycling the key. Scope TPS shows good.
