	 1999 Dodge Caravan ES 3.3L Hesitation, Surge, Misfire 
		
		It seems these symptoms and this code points to either a bad alternator or bad PCM. One of the symptoms is the cam and crank signals dropping out and coming back on every couple of seconds. I can see this with the scan tool, present...lost...present...lost...
