Veh. sat for 5 yrs. we O-H carb., replaced both floats & drained fuel tanks and cleaned the plugs. Now it runs very rich at idle, can see excessive fuel dribbling from tube in ventury,I can remove vac. hose to pcv and it dosent even act lean. I removed air...
