2001 Chrysler Town & Country Limited 3.8L Hesitation, Cuts out, Stall, MIL Lamp on
there are three wires. reference ground and return signal. I have 5 volt reference but nothing coming back on return signal. tried replacing the sensor twice. scanner still reads 0 volts
