2008 Chrysler Town & Country Limited 4.0L No Start
Vehicle came to us with a no start condition. First off noticed no tach during cranking, verified with scan data that there is no rpm during cranking, but once in a while the rpm will read but only 29 or 30 rpm. Also checked with scan tool cam and crank signal...
