2005 Chrysler Pacifica 3.5L Stall
P0403 egr circuit problem. Egr command from scanner showed a percentage rise and fall for egr function. But egr mechanically did not respond, replaced egr with solinoid. Tested 5 volt reference and ground, showed cross between hot and ground at connector, wire...
