2003 Dodge Dakota 3.9L No Start
no bus only 4,5 volts at at all 5 volt sensors, unplug all sensers on 5 volt circit time out system only 4.5 volts, cut 5 volt wire at pcm ,slillonly 4.5 on pin 17 pcm output,we still 4.5 volts on
