2007 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie 6.7L No Start

Dodge diesel Cummins techs, The shop called me in because
this vehicle will not start. Came in for light body work,
(was hit in the rear). Vehicle was running, very poorly,
and the final time they moved it, it stalled and has
remained dead ever since.
