Hello, Vehicle came in with no power and hard start, o2 sensor stuck on 0 full lean and convertor rattling. replaced 02 and convetor and car ran fine, but noticed that 02 was reading full rich at idle(1.00v). At cruise speed o2 sensor switches normally...
