2002 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9L No Start
Vehicle towed in for no start. Changed fuel filter, it was pretty nasty, and changed fuel pump relay. vehicle would start and run for a few seconds then stall. Waited a while and tried again. Vehicle started a idles fine, however cannot get rid of codes p1688 ...
