1995 Dodge Neon High Line 2.0L High idle, runs hot
Hi-ya all! This car has me stummped. It is slow cranking, ALWAYS! Idles high, it fluctuates between 1000 - 2500 RPM. I am getting PO118 out of generic OBD-II. Datastream shows ECT degrees between 69 and 180, and it fluctuates constently. I replaced ECT, bu...
