1995 Dodge Intrepid 3.5L Excessive Emissions, No Start
Car came in for intermittant hard star cold. Test drove ok but seemed to be loading up. Ran all standard tests and found both o2 sensors reading 280mv on scanner and on scope at idle. at 2000 rpm will get great looking pattern on both o2s but it goes from abou...
