hi Dodge techs: please help me out. this van came in with the MIL on. N with my Snap-on scanner. i couldn't get it to talk to the PCM. so I follow the steps in mitchell it said turn ignition switch on + off+on+off+on N it flashes codes 11, 13, 14, 15 N...
