1989 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L Hard start/low power
Car came in for hard starting cold and lacks power on accel. Checked the usual, scope test, view tune up components. All satisfactory. Then I checked 02 output. The wire that is supposed to be the sensor output wire has 5 volts on it. According to Alldata ...
