2003 Dodge Neon SE 2.0L MIL Lamp on
Car Came in with a dead battery and costomer compant of a Check engine light. After Replacing the battery we scaned the vehicle and found a P0016 and the Cam/Crank degree diff. of 13 Degrees. Checked Base timing and It is dead on. Does anyone have a Known good...
