Vehicle came in for emissions failure. Found faulty O2 sensor feeding battery voltage to O2 sensor feed to ECM. Replaced O2. Now have very high voltage(1.2 & switching). Disconected O2 and now have 5 volts coming out of computor?. Faulty ECM or What?
