2002 Dodge Neon SE 2.0L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Misfire
when starting the motor runs rough and smell real bad and when ignition key turnedoff the motor stars to run better and dies with key off. it sounds goofy but thats what it does it is not drivable
