1998 Chrysler Sebring JX 2.5L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Cuts out, Stall, MIL Lamp on
Car was brought in hadn't run in almost a year. Others had
worked on car but could not make it run. Found broken
ground wire at trans side of front head below loom.
Repaired and vehicle would not start. Still no spark.
Probably broke by others.
