1999 Chrysler Sebring LX 2.5L No sync pulse
Vehicle has an issue with Tachometer reading 1800rpm when
the ignition is on, and engine idle at 800, the readings on
data fram are flashing 'SYNC LOST' and also 'CAM' and
'CRANK' are flashing YES/NO.
