Came in for a Ca emissions test. Ran rich o2 showed lean. Replaced sensor now shows rich but vehicle still runs rich. Snap on scanner shows that it does not go into closed loop. Coolant sensor and MAT sensor shows 180d and 120d respectively. The one thing ...
