2003 Dodge Caravan SE 3.3L No Start
Van will not crank, have found that the starter relay is not being grounded by pcm. Also scanner will not communicate with pcm. Have checked powers and grouns right to pcm and all is good, looks like I need a pcm??? Has anyone had this problem just want to ver...
