2003 Chrysler Town & Country LXi 3.8L Runs on With Key Off
Never seen this with an injected vehicle before. This van will sometimes continue to run after shut-off. Key off, out of the ignition, dash lights/radio off, loss of communication with scanner - still running, though barely. You can kill it by giving it gas. I...
