2006 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.8L MIL Lamp on
Hi Techs! Code P0138 keeps returning after replacing with OEM O2 sensor B1S2. Heater circuit positive from PCM is 13.7 volts for B1S1. Volts for B1S2 Heater is only 9 volts. Ground is good. Both O2s disconnected reads 1.270 volts on signal wire and on PIDs. B1...
