1996 Dodge Stratus 2.4L No Start, no 8volt from pcm
Help, this car has no 8 volt going to Ckp or Cmp sensors. But it also is missing the 8 volt from the PCM. Shorts to ckp & cmp were checked and none was found. Thought I had fixed the problem when I found the pcm fuse missing from fuse box but that did not rest...
