1996 Chrysler Sebring JX 2.5L Cuts out, Stall
This vehicle will start, flair, and then stall out. Crank, cam, sync., ignition, and fuel pressure all test out fine. The problem is the inj. pulse is being shut off. Scan tool (modis) reads "fuel allowed" on initial start, [...] sec. reads fuel "not allowed" ...
