1988 Plymouth Grand Voyager LE 3.0L Excessive Emissions, MIL Lamp on
Vehicle came in for maint req light and CEL on. Seems to run fine. Hook up snap-on scanner and read codes and data. Codes 12,43,51. Data looks normal and changes with throttle snap but 02 voltage is .01-.06 and runs rich. The 02 looks fairly new and reads ...
