2003 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9L Excessive Emissions, MIL Lamp on
I have Dodge cummins that failed emmissions, black smoke on accel. Code P0234 over boost. The ECM shows 14PSI and 1.2 Volts KOEO and Idle, Test drive have 25 psi boost on the gauge. ECM shows 41PSI is mimics the boost gauge. I believe the I should see 0 to 1ps...
