1999 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L No Start
When we recieved the truck it would not start, cranking was fine.... first checked the tranfer pump(customer said that it was bad and had bought one)... tested the pump and it worked fine... hooked up a jumper to see if it would run and pump was ok... Tried to...
