1994 Dodge Ram 1500 3.9L No Start
Customer says that there are times when this vehicle is parked at an incline,nose down, it is very hard to start. Cranking times are very long. If it is parked level the problem does not occur. Has anyone had this happen to them before? Thanks for any input.
