1997 Chrysler Sebring LX 2.5L No Comm for State
I think this will be pretty straight forward...... I have
four scanners that can pull all the monitors, and codes.
one of them is a DRBIII, and it too, will commuicate with
the modules, BUT, the OBD state testing, CANNOT.
