Vehicle starts ok, but becomes richer and richer as it warms up. Both air and coolant temp sensors read normal both at sensor and at ECM. I do not get the usual .2 to 1 volt output at O2 sensor. I get steady 4.5v. We also have 2 other 1989 and 1988 Jeep Cherok...
