1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE 3.3L Air Bag, Horn, Cruise
horn relay tested bad, replaced it. horn and cruise still inop. tested body module with scanner, air bag module passes test, no test in scanner for cruise or horn. Without diagnostic software at the moment, changing vendors. Any suggestions?
