Customer complaint is no 4WD lock. No communication with 4WD module. Found that the 4WD module was missing. Replaced module. Still no 4WD. DTC Viscous coupler open circuit. Viscous coupler was unplugged. Plugged it up, still no 4WD. DTC tire revolution error. ...
