1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0L Blower Motor
I tested the relay using all data test it passed every test. the control head has been replaced, the resister has been replaced, and the motor has been replaced. there is power to both wires going to the blower motor but no ground I believe it works off ground...
