2003 Dodge Ram 3500 ST 5.9L Fan Clutch
clutch won't engage to high seems to have 5v reference ,battery voltage, etc still won't engage to high, leaning towards ecm driver not telling fan to speed up. any help would be greatly appreciated, pulling my hair out here.
