Traced this to the integrated power module. Signal from PCM is good (.05V on) Cluch Ohms out @ 2.5. System cools good with a "hot wire" to comp. Pressures look normal. Was going to fix this with a 20 dollar relay instead of an $800 fuse panel. Looked at a diag...
