blower doesn't come on till PCI buss (PCM to BCM purple/yellow) is open for about 10 seconds whether the engine is running or not. the BCM dings (5 sec.) then the blower begins to blow (5 more sec.) and works in all speeds correctly till the ign is cycled off....
