2001 Honda Accord EX 2.3L shifting from R-D

Hello techs.

i'm hearing a strange "gear clash" noise coming from trans. Every time car is shifting from reverse to any forward gear I hear a gear clash\clunck noise. trans fluid looks fine and shifts ok so far. any help is appreciated.
