2004 Mitsubishi Galant ES 2.4L Starter
Starter was grinding, it sounded nasty. I removed starter and found the drive gear shaft bearing broken in the starter and had play in it. Found flexplate ring teeth to be a little boogered up. I filed each tooth with a hand file and only removed burrs. Reasse...
