1999 Honda Civic EX 1.6L Fan
Hello, I'm stumped and I'm not ready to ask another tech in the shop for help. This civic will overheat and the reason being is that the fan will not come on. I have checked all of the fuses and relay on the wire diagram from alldata. I also have 12 volts ever...
