1988 Subaru GL 1.8L Lifter Noise
Lifters took quite a while to pump up and quiet down after overhaul (about 15 minutes till quiet). Came back for oil change service at 300 miles and lifters were noisy again. Oil pressure reads normal. (test results below) Replaced oil pump with no improvment ...
