1994 Lexus LS400 4.0L Timing belt
Help! We removed the timing cover to replace the timing belt. Turned the Crancshaft clockwise to the TDC mark. Crank stopped turning about 10 Deg. before TDC. Feels like it is hitting something. Both camshafts are very close to their marks. The manual warn...
