I have this maxima with a leaking rear seal. Alldata said to remove flex disk and oil pan to remove seal. They pay 7.1hr to change seal, it pays 4.6 to r&r oil pan and 6.6 to r&r trans. can this seal be replaced without removing the oil pan? other wise it look...
