Need Nissan help. Truck came to me for coolant in oil. Noticed when pulling into shop noisy valve clatter. but attributed it to lots of water in oil. Replaced head (pressured tested and milled), gasket, timing gear,chain and guides. DID NOT REPLACED TENSIONER,...
