My wife has a 1998, Rodeo, 3.2, 85,000 miles. Changes oil and filter 3-5 K. Low engine knock. Very loud when first started, and then loud under load. Suspect, crank/rod bearings.

2 questions;

1)Does this sound like the common timing belt tensioner? It doesn'...
