the oil pressure has a 6 month history of running a little high when the engine was slightly low on oil (0.5-1.0 quarts low). the crankcase holds 7.5 qts. tested gauge and sending unit, both tested ok. verified pressure with external gauge. READINGS WERE 79-83...
