1999 Mitsubishi Galant ES 2.4L Fuse 13 Blows
fuse blows when in stop & go traffic has 8 amp draw normal. if you simulate driving stop & go on jack amperage will spike to 26 amps and blow fuse believe the problem is in transmission has anyone run in to this problem before
